the glam guide.

How far in advance should i book?

Ever After Beauty Co. accepts bookings as early as the next calendar year. For weddings, be sure to contact us within 12 months of your wedding day, and prom glam should be booked within six months of prom day. This time span is not required, but highly encouraged.

is a trial required?

A trial is required for all brides that book with Ever After Beauty Co. Although trials are not required for other services, it is highly recommended if you have a very specific look in mind for your special day.

how can i prep for my appointment?

When prepping to get professional makeup done, do not put anything on your face the day of your appointment; your artist will prep your skin with the best products that do not interfere with the makeup application.

If you are receiving a professional hair service, it is best to wash your hair the day before your appointment. Avoid putting any additional product in your hair after washing and the next day.

For any service, inspiration photos are a huge help when communicating your vision to the artist. Feel free to scroll through Pinterest, Instagram, and other platforms to find elements you like, and even things you don’t like!

If you are getting a spray tan for the big day, we recommend that you also have the same spray tan for your trial. This ensures that the tones and products used on your trial day will work seamlessly with the tone of your spray tan.

How long do services take?

This is completely dependent on the look you’re going for, but if you are getting both hair and makeup services done, plan to be in the glam chair for around 2 hours. Most makeup services can be done within an hour, and more intricate hair services can be completed around an hour and a half.
